Kerubini | Raphael's Cherubs

Kerubini Reimagined: Where Tenderness Meets Wonder | Contemporary Art

A Modern Tribute to Raphael's Famous Cherubs

“Separate them? Never.”

When I decided to reinterpret Raphael's cherubs, there was one thing I knew for certain: they had to stay together.

Their charm lies in that silent conversation between them, in their dreamy, slightly bored expressions that make them so irresistible.

I had so much fun working on their tousled hair, wings and curious little faces, trying to preserve all the tenderness that made me fall in love with this detail of the original painting.

Design Tip: With their delicate colours and dreamy expressions, Kerubini fit beautifully into bright, relaxing interiors. Try them above a bookshelf, a console table or in a reading corner. On their own or paired with other art prints, they bring a touch of sweetness and curiosity without overwhelming the space.
